We are a family operated, on farm business located at the gateway into the Margaret River wine Region in the South West of Western Australia.
Our beef products are as far as practicable Grass fed, MSA graded, NON-HALAL and free of antibiotics etc. Our Fish range is caught in Australian or New Zealand waters. The Chicken used are Free Range birds.
Our flavour selection of Biltong, Dry Wors, Jerky and Stokkies is possibly the largest selection available. Please view our product list. We try and supply as much as possible Gluten Free product, this includes Gluten Free Soy sauce and Gluten Free Teriyaki sauce for those whom unfortunately have these intolerances. Only the best quality spices are sourced and used in our marinating process.
We cryovac our products to capture and lock in that meat freshness and flavour. The product we retail are shipped sliced unless whole pieces are requested.
To our local customers we are also at the Vasse and Busselton markets on their perspective weekends. We are able to ship our product throughout Australia via Australia Post. Pete and Gail (owners) look forward to you ‘Savouring the Flavour’ of our Absolute Biltong range.
